At Samshield, we believe that every rider deserves first-class equipment, as well as exceptional support throughout their career. With this in mind, we have created an exclusive after-sales service, entirely dedicated to offering a quality service in the event of a fall or cosmetic renewal.

Your Samshield helmet, designed to protect the most important part of your body during the most critical moments of your riding life, must undergo a rigorous check after every fall. Applicable exclusively to helmets purchased less than five years ago with proof of purchase.
As soon as your helmet arrives at our workshop in Beauvais, it undergoes a rigorous inspection by our specialist experts. Each component is meticulously assessed to ensure optimum service.
Renovation of aesthetic elements :
- Trim (if not customised)
- Blazon (if not customised)
- Top (if not customised)
For personalised elements, our workshop will carry out repairs wherever possible. If replacement is necessary, an estimate will be provided.
Renovation of technical components:
- Replacement of the inner shell to ensure optimum protection.
- For safety reasons, the outer shell cannot be replaced.
This process has been validated by the CRITT laboratory (Centre Régional d'Innovation et de Transfert de Technologie), guaranteeing a service that meets the highest standards.

Send your helmet to the workshop
If you would like your helmet to be carefully inspected or repaired in our workshop, please download and carefully complete the Order Form below for your country, and include it with your helmet in the shipment.

For France only: When sending your helmet, please include a cheque for the amount of the services requested, together with the completed Order Form.
For other countries: Please be sure to include your telephone number and/or e-mail address in the parcel, along with the Order Form. If charges need to be applied, a member of the Samshield team will contact you for payment by credit card.
